Intense stuff, HDMD pulling out really messed up the organising of the League quite a bit. Next Seasons seedings will be a lot different I reckon. A lot of teams have improved and new ones have formed.

Im not sure whether this was done before I got here but pretty sure in the challonge brackets all results were edited to be 0-6 losses for them

I think if playoffs are done they should be done for fun only particularly with the top 4 being so evenly matched

He replied to me saying his players need rescheduling too. I said ok, but that was the last I heard of him.

If Sedz or anyone that can contact him sees this, please contact me about the changes.

We're willing to do any reschedules, would prefer if we had at least 24hrs to prepare though~

Yeah Playoffs would be for 100% fun only wont effect ups/downs in the slightest, its more if you guys just wanna play a couple more weeks until the rest of SEACL finishes and the next batch of events kick off

I'd avoid it cause if we set up an actual playoffs, even for fun, it can devolve into the whole 'who won the -real- title' thing.

Just end the league with tonight's round. If people want more games, there's a whole bunch of teams here you can challenge to a friendly (or not so friendly) grudge match during the off season.

If your players cant make Thursday and you know this head of time wouldn't it be better to simply choose someone else in their place that can make the night? Or is it simply that you want to pick your best lineup regardless of whether they can make it or not and hope you can reschedule?

We have no other players, we had two drop outs mid season, so I'm the only sub for the team.
Hence we have to get re-schedules or we have no other option.

In saying this, I just found out then via text another one of my player's cant make Thursday.

You guys now have the choice of allowing the reschedules or taking the win cause we would undoubtedly forfeit if you guys don't allow rescheduling.

Our mercy is in your hands.

Ok heres the final call after looking into how other Tiers are run we agree that the loss of 1 competition point was too harsh a penalty, however remaining true to the leagues which have enforced on time line up submission we will issue the same ruling as Tier 4

That is that AsG will lose 1 point off their positive map score result, what does that mean?

they are currently 35/13 (+22) they lose 1 point which makes them 35/13 -1 (+21)

This I hope will be viewed as a fair solution for all parties

Yeah im not sure its recorded anywhere

Thanks to the other teams in T3 for the great games, definitely had some close games and came pretty close down the wire with ToT, AsG and nRv being within 3 points of us at the end of this season

Lastly, I'd like to thank Team Iris and all of its supporters - We've started as a group of friends and an idea and its simply taken off. Playing through some of the most unfavorable conditions (Yet still not dropping a set!) and constantly bringing their game in T3.

I hope people (especially those in ) will continue to watch and support us as we continue to play in the Seacl, as well as other sc2 events in 2012.

Note: For those who don't know - Iris now has a team house set up in Wellington, NZ and I will hopefully be releasing more details on an introduction and situation about Iris and its players
