I think if playoffs are done they should be done for fun only particularly with the top 4 being so evenly matched

I dont think it should affect the up/down results as that was a rule put in place from the beginning

AsG has failed to submit their roster in time I believe this results in the loss off 1 ladder point, let me confirm this with the admin team

EDIT: spoken to admins this rule was enforced earlier in the season so it be followed here also

yeah, it would be bad tournament managment to end the 9weeks of pool play and then be like "oh btw guys there are playoffs now"

I've contacted Sedz on skype and pm'd him on sc2sea for a 1hr schedule bump for Game 3 on Monday.

He replied to me saying his players need rescheduling too. I said ok, but that was the last I heard of him.

If Sedz or anyone that can contact him sees this, please contact me about the changes.

We're willing to do any reschedules, would prefer if we had at least 24hrs to prepare though~

I believe Chirs/Arnor means this in a the regular season is done and the winners shall get the promotion games vs the lowest t2 teams but have a playoff for fun as t2 has 2 more weeks to run I believe. that right chris/arnor?

Yeah Playoffs would be for 100% fun only wont effect ups/downs in the slightest, its more if you guys just wanna play a couple more weeks until the rest of SEACL finishes and the next batch of events kick off

I'd avoid it cause if we set up an actual playoffs, even for fun, it can devolve into the whole 'who won the -real- title' thing.

Just end the league with tonight's round. If people want more games, there's a whole bunch of teams here you can challenge to a friendly (or not so friendly) grudge match during the off season.

I prefer no playoffs, since ToT is too weak compared to Iris, AsG, nRv and will be raped without good luck

Ok it seems like the consensus is people dont want them, thought Id throw it out there just in case, I prefer no playoffs because it means I finish my admining duties this week ^_^

I like the idea of keeping the main tier 3 thread open for challenges etc
