I recently embarked on documenting some SEA tournaments (will focusing more on sc2sea tournaments) information and results on Liquidpedia. So far I have started on the community open. The link is http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft...Community_Open.

I tried to fill in as much information as I can get from the threads here but some issues I faced includes missing information on race for relatively unknown players, number of matches played (won or lost), some change of IDs, etc.

Some ways you can help include:
If you are a player who have participated in previous community opens do check your IDs and race or if you are the tournament admin for that particular open do help out by providing the missing information.

If you need anything directly posted just PM or email me the full wiki code as I am an LP editor and my posts are published instantly.

This looks good, but a few things to add:

- You should link the brackets to each event in the table. That might be easier than making brackets for each.
- Don't colour code the table with the race of the winner it looks messy.
- Add the flags of the players, you can easily add it to the player code: {{player|flag=Australia|hs=y|race=P|FXOdeL}} (for some countries you can just use the country code like au).
- Light is P, Starhunter is Z, Bosser is P.
- I suggest you put all of the individual open pages as tabs on the main page, like this event: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft...c_Championship

As for player pages, not many of the players really require one at this point - wait until a player has achieved a fair bit so you have a lot to write about and populate the achievements section with.

Some mistakes and addition things to add
- Community open 7 : Bosser was a protoss
- Community open 8 : If i dont remember it wrongly, kingjesse won that.
- Community open 12: I think it was revenant that won over pig, not starscream.
- Community open 19: Both light and beethoven are protoss fyi.
- Medals: Revenant should be zerg there

Tournament Format

1v1, Single Elimination, 32 participants, registration on a first come first served basis. Best of 1s till semi finals stage, then best of 3s.


Its actually usually 64 players but some times 128 and rarely 32

yongming imo just get flags races of top 2. getting them for every participant is gonna be too time consuming, theres just too many players, and not possible as well because some players just join, play, then never come back without entering their race/country in their profile page.

if somehow this can be added to the TL results DB that will be fantastic too

i will change the tournament format as i go because open #1 was Ro32. that's why i entered it as such.
