Take a 5 minute break between EVERY game. Do something that makes you stop thinking like pushups or something after every game for 5 minutes. It clears your head even if you are really pissed about losing.
I can't remember the last time I gg'ed on ladder. Manners on ladder really doesn't matter, tournament manners are what's important.
Say you lose a game to the most retarded shit you can think of, and you leave without gg or a comment regarding your opponent's skill.
What you absolutely do not want to do after that is jump right into another game. You're angry. And you can't play well when you're angry.
Just go do something else for at least half an hour and then come back. If you're really mad and have to release it, go punch a pillow or if nobody is home, scream at something. These are very good ways of reducing stress.

Just chill, losing doesn't make you a failure or a loser, in fact the best opportunities to learn come from being absolutely crushed by better players. Remember why you're playing (to have fun!) and also remember the people at the top are the ones who have probably lost the most (to a degree haha). Taking a break definitely helps, sometimes having good music to help change the atmosphere/relax helps too!
