You would do well to have an FAQ done up for the common questions you are receiving. Your post isn't very clear and if you are allowing sign-ups, then state it. If you're expecting those top 20, then you should be talking to each of them and getting their commitment for the tournament.

Either way, you need to show that players are coming for your tournament or at least expressed interest. In its current form, you might have many players just not show because they were not informed or not organized.

Hi Phoenix, sorry for the late announcement but i wasn't able to update my post here in this forum until today. I already updated the Original Post and the 2nd post below. If you have any contact with those 5 players i mentioned and whoever u might wanna field against people over here for 1v1 (please go ahead and do so)
