Alright well I am going to come at this as a Leader should in a completely neutral perspective. I may seem like a laid back easy going sort of guy and generally I am, but I do not take this postition of leadership in the Clan lightly.
A few months back, as we really began to form and develop our community at ToR we were a really close knit group and we really had that same passion and enjoyment for the game that we shared with each and every member of the Clan. When I first started having those technical difficulties with my laptop, where I was unable to actually be on StarCraft 2 for a period of time. Both ToRSynizta and Erasmus really stepped up to the plate and managed ToR and kept the community going.
Times were going good, but as we began to grow as a Clan and new members came into our close knit community. After a couple of months after one hell of a SC deprived Spartaz came back to the game he started to come to realise that a lot had changed within our group.
I was approached by many new and old members of ToR about how they were being treated and how they felt in relation to "ToRSynizta". Where a number of players were being Bmd and disrespected by Syn himself and as a result of that we lost some good friends and original members of ToR because of this.
How I see this from a personal angle, to me, even but one member of the community, which I have spent months after months trying to build and to keep everyone happy, is feeling remotely unhappy, upset or feeling unwanted because of another member of my Clan, especially one who I held in trust and in such a high regard. I cannot accept that in ToR.
Yes Syn I understand that you are sorry and that you want to make up for things, there is only one way I will ever accept you back as a member of our community. If you make up to each and every single individual that you have every offended, insulted, upset, treated badly or just couldn't be bothered with. Current and former members included.
Our community has always and will always be built on trust and mutual respect for one another and I will not allow that to change.
(Sorry about the grammar guys, I have had one rough day)
Anyways thats how I stand on a neutral position in relation to this matter. Seriously man get your passion for the game back and make up not just in an apology such as this, prove yourself just by making that additional effort to show that you want to be part of this community.
Edit; whats wrong with not agreeing with what someone says? I thought people were allowed to agree/disagree with opinons, people agree/disagree in different ways.
Also, i posted this thread to apologise, not to lead into why i do or don't have contact with diffierent with people on skype.
ALSO
Haven't had any personal issues with Synizta, I appreciate the intent of this thread, although without knowing any back story don't know if it is the most approparite action or not, so I'll leave it at that. Kudos for taking at least a solid first step to making amends with other individuals. Personally though, I think this comment above was a bit left field, and seems to just be trying to get into a defensive position. I don't think it's in response to anything that was actually said (at least in this thread), and I see it as detracting from the purpose of your thread.
I don't see Erasmus saying anything about how bad it is to disagree with someone. Erasmus is someone I've disagreed with in the past, and in spite of this (or perhaps because of) I have a very high level of respect for him. In all of my own experiences with him, a disagreement about a particular subject stays on that subject and has never (seemed) to become personal, which is rare with people. Again, I'm not aware of every detail, but I don't see Erasmus having a go at you for having a different opinion. Although, it should be said that opinions CAN be right or wrong by the way - claiming your view is an opinion doesn't automatically justify your holding them.
I do hope you do take it to PMs and sort it out with him.

I perfectly fine in attempting to contact everyone required to atleast attempt to patch things up.
I 'caused the problems, i need to fix them.
Spartaz, if i contact you privately, will you be willing to help me out by informing me of who i need to contact to apologize to and attempt to patch things up with, of whom you remember anyway?
I actually met Synizta tonight at the SASL and he really is a genuine bloke, so I really do hope that you can make it up to these guys as you seem like a great person now, and would love for you to be able to contribe to it still!
However dissapointed we all are in what happened, its what happens now and in the near future that will really matter, and I do hope it all works out well for everyone involved
Well first and foremost I'll start on a positive note;
Synizta is who get me into ToR in the first place. So there was already respect there straight from the word go when I joined ToR.
But a lot of that respect started diminishing because of just plain rude remarks from Synizta in SC2 channels. I'm not going to lie, this really started to piss me off and I was thinking of leaving ToR at the time (I couldn't do it btw, too many awesome pplz in ToR). But I don't know about others, but when I have a problem with someone, I'll chat directly to them about it and let them know that I really do not appreciate it. This is what I did with Synizta and shit was resolved between us.
But looking at the issue from a "teams perspective" I could see many other members were getting the shits as well. I'm not going to lie, I spoke to Spartaz myself about my concerns as such players I really got along with and respected were considering leaving ToR. To me it seemed like at the time ToR was "kinda" falling apart because of this. All I can say is thank **** those people didn't end up leaving because I'm not so sure ToR would be where it is today or if it would still be around.
To be quiet honest, I really don't give a shit how many drama llamas we have. Just don't **** up the team.
I'm only writing this to actually let Synizta know how he made people feel. If hes sorry for it, fairo. I'm down with seeing this guy back in ToR again, he got me into the team in the first place!
Could I just ask for one favour though, Synizta swollow your pride mate and sort your shit out with Erasmus please. You are both good blokes and I prefer reading about SC2 on the forums, not "Days of our lives," there is enough of that shit on television :s
@ Flamga: Synizta is a genuine bloke. It's just at times he may have a snatch between his legs! Jks :P
