Alright well I am going to come at this as a Leader should in a completely neutral perspective. I may seem like a laid back easy going sort of guy and generally I am, but I do not take this postition of leadership in the Clan lightly.
A few months back, as we really began to form and develop our community at ToR we were a really close knit group and we really had that same passion and enjoyment for the game that we shared with each and every member of the Clan. When I first started having those technical difficulties with my laptop, where I was unable to actually be on StarCraft 2 for a period of time. Both ToRSynizta and Erasmus really stepped up to the plate and managed ToR and kept the community going.
Times were going good, but as we began to grow as a Clan and new members came into our close knit community. After a couple of months after one hell of a SC deprived Spartaz came back to the game he started to come to realise that a lot had changed within our group.
I was approached by many new and old members of ToR about how they were being treated and how they felt in relation to "ToRSynizta". Where a number of players were being Bmd and disrespected by Syn himself and as a result of that we lost some good friends and original members of ToR because of this.
How I see this from a personal angle, to me, even but one member of the community, which I have spent months after months trying to build and to keep everyone happy, is feeling remotely unhappy, upset or feeling unwanted because of another member of my Clan, especially one who I held in trust and in such a high regard. I cannot accept that in ToR.
Yes Syn I understand that you are sorry and that you want to make up for things, there is only one way I will ever accept you back as a member of our community. If you make up to each and every single individual that you have every offended, insulted, upset, treated badly or just couldn't be bothered with. Current and former members included.
Our community has always and will always be built on trust and mutual respect for one another and I will not allow that to change.
(Sorry about the grammar guys, I have had one rough day)
Anyways thats how I stand on a neutral position in relation to this matter. Seriously man get your passion for the game back and make up not just in an apology such as this, prove yourself just by making that additional effort to show that you want to be part of this community.
