^^ Call him again, and tell him whats happening, that your getting what seems like an automated response. There's nothing that can be done apart from constantly bothering them about this. Despite what they claim, they have reversed mistaken bans etc.
Would you be game to launch sc2gears and sc2 in your normal fashion, go into a custom game or if you cant then go to menu I guess, switch to command prompt and enter:
tasklist /v > %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\tasklist.txt
Then post up that tasklist.txt file on your Desktop for us to see
I called Blizzard and someone talked to me. He asked me to send another ticket to Blizzard. And so I did; this time with more explanation. Unfortunately, I got this
What can I do now?
Call Blizzard back, tell them you sent another ticket and it didn't work.

There are a large number of these threads popping up all over the internet in the past couple days, all with the exact same thing. With some research I found that there is a map hack that has recently flagged that they are aware of wardens signature scanning being changed, making it detectable and thus a banwave has occurred. I'm not saying you, or any one who has posted one of these threads on say TL and such have been using such a program. Maybe you were caught in the crossfire of the banwave, it can happen.
But there are a fair few reports of 3rd party bannings that have just happened, and Blizzard wont under near any circumstances unban you.
Regardless, they wont be going back on their decision. Because everyone who gets banned for '3rd party' will say they dont use it, even if they dont. Much easier to accidentally ban some innocent than let more guilty through
I did not edit anything at all. I did not touch any of the files inside. I just play my game and enjoy it while having sc2gears to record and analyze my games. That is all.
I had a conjecture that maybe it was something like R1CH's automatic Xsplit scene changer (which reads SC2 memory), so I looked at the VODs from your stream to see if you used it but it seems you use FMLE.
But then I also noticed you have Cheat Engine installed, so perhaps it was running when you started SC2 or something? (To be clear, I am not accusing you of cheating, just suggesting what might have tripped Warden.)
Post your task list while playing or further conversation about what software you were running is irrelevant. And even then lets face it, if you were using some kind of software blizz don't like you probably wouldn't run it now to talk about it.
The problem with corporate life... that decision might be wrong, based on invalid data and counter productive but some ass hat managers signed off on it now.
Did they say you're not allowed to register new accounts or anything?
To be honest I doubt that your account will ever be reopened or at least a very very small chance that it will. Blizzard is very strict about these things and mistakes can happen but that's the people who decide to actually cheat that ruin it for the others.

The Chad is great!
If you have in fact, never used a 3rd Party Program and Blizzard insists you have. You can take legal action
against them. You have consumer rights. Like some others have suggested, keep on going at them and threaten to take some action because a guilty person wouldn't even try.
