Don't know whether I'm posting at the right section. If not, admins please move to the appropriate place.
I has a sad today because I received an email from Blizzard saying that my Starcraft II has been banned due to the usage of a third-party program. Honestly, I have not used any form of hacks or mods during the duration of my game time. If you count sc2gears as a third-party program, then I'm guilty. I neither used MPQ editor nor change my background. I don't use macro keyboard/mouse either. Heck, I didn't even touch anything in the folder.
Below are the pictures of me conversing with admins.
Ticket 2 after phone call 1
Ticket 3
I made a phone call after ticket 3 but no one picked up even though it says estimated time of wait: 9 minutes. I waited for 12 minutes then hung up.

Reason: Added pictures of convo.
The general forum is a pretty good place for everything.
All you can do is contact Blizzard, as far as I'm aware. I don't think you'll have too much of an issue getting your account unbanned though. My WoW account got banned at some point, for supposed gold buying or something, and when I asked them to unban me they were just like "Yeah, sorry about that. No problem."

"Is Sc2gears legit? Can I be banned for using it?
Sc2gears is legit. You absolutely cannot be banned for using it. Sc2gears does not interact with StarCraft II: it does not read or write StarCraft II's memory and it does not modify the files of StarCraft II. Sc2gears does not violate Blizzard's terms of use."
But sc2gears doesnt do anything active on the fly does it? it's only to analyze your reps..?
Try to login first,if you can then it's a non issue..maybe let blizz know that you received an email like this, else the best thing to do is to contact blizzard support, and explain the situation.
I logged in, it says that I'm suspended so I'm pretty sure its real. Besides, I've been conversing with customer support over Blizzard ticket thingy.

Can you log in to the battle.net and create a thread? If you really havent done anything wrong, then create a stink about it, they just cant randomly ban people and say they wont answer queries anymore. Maybe pm drexxari or someone?
Pretty sure it cant be sc2gears, the website mentions:

sc2gears won't get you banned
If you used any mods like stronger team colours it could get you banned
Also I think if you used mods/cheats on a different account but same computer they could ban
But you can ask for appeal but blizzard are free to ban for whatever reason they want and won't ever reverse it (usually) so you're kinda boned.

What can I do now? =|
Reply - tell them that you'd be more accepting of the decision if you knew the nature/exact program you've been accused of using, because to the best of your knowledge you haven't broken the ToS.

I guess the thing is man - Did you infact use any third party programs or hacks?.. trainers or cheats?
Tanking losses isn't against their terms and conditions is it?...
If not - and your legitimately getting screwed over by this. Then you need to contact them at the highest level you can and demand your account be reinstated... Threaten consumer action or something...
Make it a big deal and never leave them alone - they might reinstate your account
Losing on purpose and tanking them isn't a fault because its part of the gameplay. I did not use any third-party program except sc2gears. If they don't reinstate my account, can this be considered as a breach of consumerism?
that's pretty fucked man! In my experience the tickets really are no help - when i had an enquiry about my parental controls they forwarded me to a hotline.
Maybe try to ring the 1800-BLIZZARD number when they're open. You'll get to speak to a real person and maybe have a better chance of getting the account back.
That's if you never used any 3rd party programs. Did you use the MPQ editor? I've got that and it gives me the ability to mod unit responses and generally **** around with the UI pictures etc. I haven't actually done any of this because of how it could potentially be against Blizzard terms of service.
Anyways, Chin up you're account should be back soon if you keep at it. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
The only seemingly third-party program I've ever used is sc2gears. I don't even know any other programs exists for SC2. I'm keeping up my replies, but they're not doing their job apparently.
I called Blizzard and someone talked to me. He asked me to send another ticket to Blizzard. And so I did; this time with more explanation. Unfortunately, I got this
