I would say top lane/mid would carry the most, picking a top with initiate, olaf/kennen/vlad/shen etc, will surely carry your team, it makes so easy if you can play decently well

As for mid you can play ahri/twisted fate/ryze and all 3 of those champs are basically pubstomp, all 3 of them can get insta lvl 6 kill and are very mobile and fairly easy to play, they do "tons of damage" and can basically carry you hard

the thing about AD carry is knowing when you can do your most damage and you can really only get that by playing alot of games with AD so maybe AD might not be as viable a choice to carry atm just my advice tho, just add me if you want to play some games xD

Is anyone getting massive ping on NA server? Most Australians I met have really high ping and lately 80% of my games I have 400 ping. It's getting really annoying :/

Also not sure if I said before, but I'm mainly a support player with Janna and Lulu so I'll be keen to set up a ranked team so we can play

Not level 30 yet, only like level 15, can't play ranked yet but i'd like to play with other people over mic because playing alone all the time sucks balls.

Does the level make a big difference in terms of hero strength? I can't remember it's been too long lol. Like higher level = more defence/offence stats etc.

All that a higher summoner level does is give you more mastery points and rune slots. They do give you a small edge but it's nothing too big that would make you auto lose as level 1 against a level 30.
For jungling though I found that masteries help quite a bit in losing way less health.

Ah thanks Screwby. I did recall some imbalance caused by the level differentials though, with higher level players doing considerably more damage to me than I did to them. Oh well, gotta work my way up!

Ziggs and Hecarim are fun champions but there are others who can perform their roles better.
A good Fiora player will dominate lower ranked games but she is pretty squishy if you have a good support with disables.
Lulu and Nautilus are becoming pretty popular as Support/AP carry and Jungle respectively and most consider Lulu to be super strong since she deals mad damage and has amazing utility spells.
Varus is released next week and probably will be OP.
A lot of balance changes have occurred so depending how long ago you played some champions might have become pretty weak.
