However - Team Legacy, GW2's Team Liquid offshoot, has yet to decide on a server. They could be pretty cool to hang out with.

Played GW1, didn't have a lot of friends to play with T_T, plus I didn't have factions which always pissed me off because of that one skill you needed in every good build.

If you guys will be my friends I won't mind prepurchasing the game.

I will be very heavily involved in GW2, prob leave SC2 scene almost entirely for it O_O

TA will likely have a guild, and failing that I have a couple options from GW1 days where I kept in touch with some people.

yeah I'd be keen for that, i really want to test out the pvp of GW2 so the more people who aren't randoms the better =D. I'll definitely check this thread before choosing which server to join so we're all together.

I've read from a local gaming magazine that this game is Free-To-Play. I haven't confirmed this yet, though. Is this true or not?

It has an initial price like with most games however there isn't a subscription fee (as far as i'm aware).

Yeah I hear that too, but we have to preorder it so I guess not. Hmmm D3 or GW2?

edit: not paying for a subscription does not make it F2P........in that logical SC2 is F2P
