@Baka: I'll create a news post on the front page regarding BSG#07 tomorrow morning.
Awesome. Thanks a lot Sky.

4pm SGT is early enough that most who work on weekends will be finished and it means the tournament stays a reasonable time for everyone in the region (I know my SC skills die pretty fast after 10pm).
E. and has anybody looked at the ladder program to work out why it dropped two people last week?
Hey, the time has been changed to 6pm SGT. So it's an hour later now. Hope you would still consider joining it.
I agree with Aean, I think the tournament should be on friday instead of thursday, this will attract more people compared to having it on a schoolday/workday. This way more people joining = more fun

But isn't friday night worst since its TGIF and most people would be out on friday night
There will not be a poll. I will stick to 6pm SGT and 9pm AEDST Thursday. Blame daylight savings if you want something to blame if u hate the time. Friday slot has been taken by KotH and its a Friday, go out, get a drink (do not recommend if you are under 18), enjoy with your friends. Join BSG on Thursday instead.
Changes in the main post
-Results of each bracket, please send to Zergtastic.610 instead of posting it on the sc2seaBSG channel.
@Baka/Zerg: I've created a news post with all relevant links & information on the home-page for the BSG#07. Zerg hosted the CO tonight so I'm sure you two will do great later on tonight =)
My prerogative had nothing to do with the reason I disqualified you from last weeks BSG; it's just a matter of the rules. You were platinum when you asked if you could participate; it's a bronze, silver and gold tournament, it's kind of a no-brainer that I was forced to DQ you.
I was never platinum. I was always bronze in 1v1. I did rank up to silver every now and then.
I find it a bit odd how you're diamond in all team leagues, with win ratios like 35-4 in 4v4 and 39-15 in 3v3 but you say you're only gold level. Maybe it's just my luck but my ratio in 3v3 and 4v4 (plat league) is horrible because I always get teamed up with massive noobs.
Shrug, during earlier patches, you could team with 2 other people and still go 4v4 for RT. Same for 3v3. The skill level/cohesiveness of your opponents would be lower, especially when they are AT (the system gives you lower AT opponents since you are RT)
Sorry guys, this time the interview and replay pack was a bit late. I'll make sure Im a bit more prompt next time Im sorting these out. Im posting this thread because the BSG 8 thread has already been posted blah blah blah. If Im wrong, and this is in the wrong spot, please move it. Also, I tried to make the interview a bit more conversational than previous ones. Hope you guys enjoy reading it.
Zergtastic: Well done on your BSG #7 win! How do you feel the tournament went?
BoxeR: It went great, and i wanna give a big thanks to u guys for waiting for me to do the finals
Zergtastic: It was sure worth the wait, I felt the finals were pretty entertaining myself.
Actually, what do you think of the finals yourself, vs Pikkon?
BoxeR: Hmmm. Well pikkon doesnt seem to be sure of what he was doing at times. For the 1st game i thought he was gonna push early push thats why i put 3 bunkers down. The 2nd game his 4 gate was late so it gave me a chance but i have to add in myself i was lucky
(Note, game 2 was a 3gate with phoenix, not a 4gate.)
Zergtastic: Personally I dont know if it was luck that made you win, but regardless, well done. How old are you and where do you play from?
BoxeR: i am 18 this year and i am from sg haha
Zergtastic: Another sg winner! Haha
BoxeR: yea... but aus wins all the co
Zergtastic: Oh snap!
BoxeR: ?
Zergtastic: Uh nevermind. Anyway, any tips for BSG level players, training wise?
BoxeR: hmmm well i would just tell them to stick to a strat and refine it well dont take 20 over builds and u cant exeucute them properly its better to have 1 build and 1 cheese or rush.
Zergtastic: Any replays you reccomend from your BSG #7 replay pack?
BoxeR: Take the 1 that i did vs kpb on jungle basin. I thought i was losing but something happened, i wont spoil it for u guys.
Zergtastic: Sounds interesting indeed. Any final shoutouts?
BoxeR: Thanks to baka and pikkon and u and all of sea for being patient and waiting till the next day for me to compete and i love u hdphoenix who said i am the guy who cant keep my money lowand it wasnt me T.T
