Apology to [ToR] and anyone else it be whom it may be relevant.
So after speaking with another member of ToR for about 10minutes earlier today it came to my attention that their is mutliple people (I have no idea, so weither they're fellow clan mates or just fellow members of sc2sea community i don't know), that have some form of problem with either who i am or my general attitude, which also lead to it being recomended i post a thread about it on sc2sea.
So im taking that recomendation and doing just that and posting an apology thread.
So in the case, first I want to apology to all and every member (Current or former) of ToR who at one stage or another i have annoyed, offended, or straight up pissed off with my attitude or anything else i have done.
And second to the sc2sea community in general, for showing at times, what i can only describe as a heavily negative, or perhaps upsetting attitude in various sitatuions.
To follow that up; I will try to fix my attitude/control emotations so that i can hopefully not annoyone, or atleast keep people who are annoyed by to a minimal.
So, that leads me to having to ask, IF in future i've done something to annoy anyone, if that person could contact me and attempt to sort out, rather then not saying anything at all, i feel that long term that would be able to keep conflicts between myself and anyone at all, to hopefully none at all.
And again, im sorry for my general poor attitude to community in general.
More seriously, it seems strange to come across this sort of thread when you don't have a clue of what happened, Synizta having always been a nice and friendly bloke on the chat when i was there.
I think we don't need to know though, his apologize are intended to those who had been hurt by him I guess. And then that's a good move to apologize then, whatever you have done wrong.

I must have said this enough times recently, but airing every disagreement people have in public just looks poor.
A public apology is just as silly if you still refuse to contact the people who originally had a problem with you (and tried to talk to you about it) andeven attempt clear things up. Also this is kind of several months late.

Skype isn't only way to contact me, hell, my skype is Mostly for people I consider friends and then some other people who i may need to contact/or need to contact me for important things. I remove people who i otherwise don't consider friends nor need my skype for anything i see as important.
I'd like to point that it's not hard to message me on here, if you or anyone else wants to contact me.
Edit; whats wrong with not agreeing with what someone says? I thought people were allowed to agree/disagree with opinons, people agree/disagree in different ways.
Also, i posted this thread to apologise, not to lead into why i do or don't have contact with diffierent with people on skype.

Since you're going to keep trying to push things over onto my side in public:
1. You communicate with me for weeks on skype.
2. You decide to announce you are dropping commitments on people and refusing to discuss the way you did it.
3. I receive other complaints about you from numerous people.
4. I try to continue discussing these issues on skype.
5. You block me on skype and don't make any other attempt at communication to try and resolve any issues.
6. You try to make a 'public apology' to get support rather than make any attempt to actually resolve anything.
It is not my role to keep trying to pressure you into coming back when you made it clear you didn't want to resolve any issues and were just going to leave. If you desperately want to come back, you should really attempt to clear things up with the people involved, not just make a public post and hope people like it.

Im not going to engage in this, I'll just sound like a hippocyrte infront of everyone if i do, probably more so i have at diffierent stages already.
So im going to ask, if you want to discuss it, message me, otherwise please stop.
As i said, i posted this to apologise to the community, not engage in arugements.
If your intention is to come back as a member of ToR, it should be your responsibility to get in touch with us and discuss the issues surrounding your departure, not ours to chase you up yet again.
Oh dear.... this thread looks like its going to derail rather quickly which is unfortunate.
I would just like to say that Syn is the reason I got into ToR and into my first BSG and for that I am grateful. I am unaware of the issues that is being discussed but I am glad to have crossed paths with him or I would never have found my way into this community. I had to say this as my experience was always positive and never really had the chance to thank him for it.
Im sure we all have our differences and with what little experience I have had in this community I do know that this thread probably isnt going to be the best way to resolve any issues. We all love the eDrama!
I don't think anyone can blame someone for blocking Erasmus on skype though
Del, please do not start any Erasmus bashing. He's an awesome guy and he just express his opinion whatever it is "trendy" or not, witch is a great quality.
I know some people begin to have a grudge against him, don't encourage it or participate please, it won't do any good to anyone because Erasmus is right to express his opinion freely and has always done so respectfully enough.
As for Synizta, now you have made a public thread about problems most of us don't know about, you can't just ignore Erasmus trying to solve it. Skype is probably the best way to communicate easily, so just solve it now. If you're too angry to discuss directly with Erasmus, ask a neutral person to participate in the discussion and help solve the problem. If you wanted that staying under the carpet, you should not have made a public thread. Now it's too late to let it there, you have to settle it.

Not ignoring it, traded a couple PM's back & forth on here.
Which should lead to hopefully any remaining problems HOPEFULLY being resolved in some form or another.
I've had a few run ins with Syn in my time, its usually about a misunderstanding or miscommunication that has caused it.. But I feel if he is genuine about his apology - it's best to work with him, rather than say "your not doing it right". imo Syn seems like he responded to slight aggression with more aggression (even if the aggression he felt was a mere clash of opinions). If this is the case - I think we all need to try to help him and understand that he may have identified an issue with his personality that he is trying to deal with. It's not dealt with yet, but it seems like he is trying to deal with it.
That being said, I don't know anything to do with what has transpired with him and ToR. That is for them to sort out.
From the issues we have had in the past - I'm pretty sure we work them out them, but just to clarify - no hard feelings and I've accepted your actions and apologies. I hope you can sort these issues out with ToR and if your serious about making things better I hope that the people you have had your issues with can put their pride aside and help you out. But you must be genuine and contact the people you have offended individually.
Alright well I am going to come at this as a Leader should in a completely neutral perspective. I may seem like a laid back easy going sort of guy and generally I am, but I do not take this postition of leadership in the Clan lightly.
A few months back, as we really began to form and develop our community at ToR we were a really close knit group and we really had that same passion and enjoyment for the game that we shared with each and every member of the Clan. When I first started having those technical difficulties with my laptop, where I was unable to actually be on StarCraft 2 for a period of time. Both ToRSynizta and Erasmus really stepped up to the plate and managed ToR and kept the community going.
Times were going good, but as we began to grow as a Clan and new members came into our close knit community. After a couple of months after one hell of a SC deprived Spartaz came back to the game he started to come to realise that a lot had changed within our group.
I was approached by many new and old members of ToR about how they were being treated and how they felt in relation to "ToRSynizta". Where a number of players were being Bmd and disrespected by Syn himself and as a result of that we lost some good friends and original members of ToR because of this.
How I see this from a personal angle, to me, even but one member of the community, which I have spent months after months trying to build and to keep everyone happy, is feeling remotely unhappy, upset or feeling unwanted because of another member of my Clan, especially one who I held in trust and in such a high regard. I cannot accept that in ToR.
Yes Syn I understand that you are sorry and that you want to make up for things, there is only one way I will ever accept you back as a member of our community. If you make up to each and every single individual that you have every offended, insulted, upset, treated badly or just couldn't be bothered with. Current and former members included.
Our community has always and will always be built on trust and mutual respect for one another and I will not allow that to change.
(Sorry about the grammar guys, I have had one rough day)
Anyways thats how I stand on a neutral position in relation to this matter. Seriously man get your passion for the game back and make up not just in an apology such as this, prove yourself just by making that additional effort to show that you want to be part of this community.

Haven't had any personal issues with Synizta, I appreciate the intent of this thread, although without knowing any back story don't know if it is the most approparite action or not, so I'll leave it at that. Kudos for taking at least a solid first step to making amends with other individuals. Personally though, I think this comment above was a bit left field, and seems to just be trying to get into a defensive position. I don't think it's in response to anything that was actually said (at least in this thread), and I see it as detracting from the purpose of your thread.
I don't see Erasmus saying anything about how bad it is to disagree with someone. Erasmus is someone I've disagreed with in the past, and in spite of this (or perhaps because of) I have a very high level of respect for him. In all of my own experiences with him, a disagreement about a particular subject stays on that subject and has never (seemed) to become personal, which is rare with people. Again, I'm not aware of every detail, but I don't see Erasmus having a go at you for having a different opinion. Although, it should be said that opinions CAN be right or wrong by the way - claiming your view is an opinion doesn't automatically justify your holding them.
I do hope you do take it to PMs and sort it out with him.

I perfectly fine in attempting to contact everyone required to atleast attempt to patch things up.
I 'caused the problems, i need to fix them.
Spartaz, if i contact you privately, will you be willing to help me out by informing me of who i need to contact to apologize to and attempt to patch things up with, of whom you remember anyway?
I actually met Synizta tonight at the SASL and he really is a genuine bloke, so I really do hope that you can make it up to these guys as you seem like a great person now, and would love for you to be able to contribe to it still!
However dissapointed we all are in what happened, its what happens now and in the near future that will really matter, and I do hope it all works out well for everyone involved
Well first and foremost I'll start on a positive note;
Synizta is who get me into ToR in the first place. So there was already respect there straight from the word go when I joined ToR.
But a lot of that respect started diminishing because of just plain rude remarks from Synizta in SC2 channels. I'm not going to lie, this really started to piss me off and I was thinking of leaving ToR at the time (I couldn't do it btw, too many awesome pplz in ToR). But I don't know about others, but when I have a problem with someone, I'll chat directly to them about it and let them know that I really do not appreciate it. This is what I did with Synizta and shit was resolved between us.
But looking at the issue from a "teams perspective" I could see many other members were getting the shits as well. I'm not going to lie, I spoke to Spartaz myself about my concerns as such players I really got along with and respected were considering leaving ToR. To me it seemed like at the time ToR was "kinda" falling apart because of this. All I can say is thank **** those people didn't end up leaving because I'm not so sure ToR would be where it is today or if it would still be around.
To be quiet honest, I really don't give a shit how many drama llamas we have. Just don't **** up the team.
I'm only writing this to actually let Synizta know how he made people feel. If hes sorry for it, fairo. I'm down with seeing this guy back in ToR again, he got me into the team in the first place!
Could I just ask for one favour though, Synizta swollow your pride mate and sort your shit out with Erasmus please. You are both good blokes and I prefer reading about SC2 on the forums, not "Days of our lives," there is enough of that shit on television :s
@ Flamga: Synizta is a genuine bloke. It's just at times he may have a snatch between his legs! Jks :P
