The weekly SC2SEA BSG is a 64 player, single elimination style tournament.

Rules and Regulations

You must contact your opponent on Battle.net preferably by being in chat channel "sc2seaBSG" to play your match
You have ~15 minutes to start your Round 1 match; anybody that is not contactable after 10 minutes will be disqualified and replaced. This 10 minute timeout rule applies throughout the tournament.
Tournament admins or official streamers are always allowed and the only ones to observe your game
There is no switching of race during the tournament.
Problems/Questions: When in doubt about anything, contact an admin
Reporting Results: After the match has been played, you must report the result by pm to an admin
Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game must be replayed. If a player disconnects for a second time, his opponent will be awarded a free-win. A win may also be awarded if the player that disconnected was significantly behind at the time of disconnection. Contact an admin if you would like your game/replay reviewed.
Pauses: You must notify your opponent in game if you wish to pause. This pause should not exceed 5 minutes. Excessive pausing in game may lead to disqualification.
Bad Manner will not be tolerated. Anyone caught BMing will be warned. Further offenses will lead to disqualification. Any racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language may lead to removal without warning. We are a friendly group and I'd like to see it stay that way.
Replays: Should be saved at least until the following tournament. Anyone asked by admins to provide a replay who cannot do so will be disqualified.

Round of 64 bo1 on Cloud Kingdom LE
Round of 32 bo1 on GSL Bel'Shir Beach
Round of 16 bo1 on GSL Calm Before the Storm
Quarter Finals bo3 on MLG Tal'Darim Altar
Semi Finals bo3 on MLG Shattered Temple
Grand Final bo5 on MLG Shakuras Plateau

For finals rounds that are best of 3 or 5, loser of previous game may pick any map from GSL or MLG as per the following list:

You want banter?
When I get a guest host to run this so I can enter, not only will you see the most epic supply blocks of your lifetime, My legion will still swarm all contenders to my crown of BSG champion.

By the way guys, I'm in negotiations to create a regular BSG Cup event. It'll most likely be every four weeks, invite only for the top 8 or 16 contenders from the four BSG Opens leading up to it.

I guess my dreams of winning a BSG Open are gone.. T_T

Congratulations once again go to FaDeMuss showing his protoss skills and going back to back in the weekly BSG!

FaDeMuss demonstrated some different play this week from last tournament, concentrating on building up a chargelot archon ball then overwhelming his opponents in every game leading up to the finals with a superior army, generally off two bases.

His opponent in the grand final was another zerg player this week; HGYsecurity playing a close fought ZvZ semi final against Borg to advance into the match.
The grand final set saw some variation out of FaDeMuss coming up against the strong zerg where he showed us his voidray/colossis play in game 2 then a one base all in to take the grand final 3 - 0 on Cloud Kingdom.

Congratulations to FaDeMuss and HGYsecurity who qualify for the BSGCup to be held on March 4th and a big thank you to all of the 64 players this week. I hope you all had a good time and Asrathiel and I look forward to seeing you again next week.

Thanks breadfan and Venom for the cast which can be found here. There are some sound issues plaguing the early games but the finals are all leveled and well worth a watch if you want to skip through to them.

Thanks to youas Asrathiel for the organisation. I don't imagine it was easy coordinating all the games and the brackets so well done to a smoothly run tournament. My first one, I look forward to many more!

Taking another week like a boss!.
Good luck to every for the next week hope yo see you all come back and try again. We did see some great games from so many players which is what we like to see.

We apoligize for sound issues that was ruining the stream at some points. Xsplit was having some major issues that we will be fixing before next weeks games!.

Again guys Thanks for competing and i hope to see you all again next week!

I'm going to make a post shortly as I have solved the problem.

I apologize if that sound harsh. i defiantly did not mean it to come out that way.
i only mean this as with he issues there were some parts that did have trouble with the audio that made it hard to listen to. No offence meant to you as a caster . It was an unknown issue.
