To answer why HuntresS was added (thanks for pointing it out, trying to start a flame war between people, really remarkable work!), a deal was made with him quite some time ago after he won an inhouse tournament.

The brackets were randomised :/ and like zanooku said, the decision to seed huntress was made a long time ago.
