@Erasmus: Division 2 will be divided in two groups, but still counts as one level.
The winner of each group will be promoted, and the last team of each group will be demoted.

There's a -massive- skill difference between the top and bottom teams in that division though. If our aces are missing we could field all diamonds one week. Against teams that could field all GMs if they wanted.

If there's enough for two divisions, just make it two divisions... The way you talked about it before there was a 2A which was mostly GMs and a 2B which is mostly M. I think it even still says that in the OP.
