Veteris Tribute

First of all a big thanks to veteris for making all this happen. Veteris is a long time member of our community as well as a medical student living in Canberra who is a "coding hobbyist" who was also solely responsible for our Stream and Quick Find Player list widgets. He was previously in Clan ToR

but lacked the time due to his heavy curriculum in medical school and had to leave. One of the most remarkable things is his coding is far more refined and skilled then any of the paid "professional coders" I have hired. Yet he does the work super fast and never once asked for a single thing in return! I told him I was going to send him a complimentary sc2sea tee as a small token of appreciation and he was like no I should buy one! (Of course I insisted on it being complimentary in the end!) An incredible person with a remarkable skillset who will surely go far in whatever he pursues. The SC2SEA community cannot thank you enough Veteris!

Announcing the return of SEAbet!! Season 1 begins now!

Seasons will last 2-3 months and you will be able to bet on everything imaginably possible from CO matches, eventual winners, grude matches, GSL matches etc! The SEABet main page can be accessed right here and has been added to the Features menu in the navbar on top. At the end of the season, the final winner of SEABet will win the "Nazmus's Prophecy" achievement. Trivia, veteris's first name is Nazmus! Also remember you must be logged in to use SEABet! Look for more bets in the news posts in future, the chatbox and of course the main SEABet page which is the best place to look.
