just letting you guys know:

Gus and amanda have been in contact; not everyday, but they are trying to work things out (with difficulty).
Jail is no longer an issue. Finances between amanda and gus are not a priority anymore. People are waiting to be paid (I won't name these people, but they are not the players). I know a lot of things right now (from friends and anons), so let me know if you have questions. I'll answer the things that I think should be answered.

So what you mean is that this whole time, they have been in contact even before the "save Amanda" donation drive; and Gus or the organization in good faith just did not have enough money to pay up?

I spoke to Amanda during Gus' interview to check if he actually had been in touch with her, this is what she said:

Then the 15th came and I gave some sentences about the fund raiser thing...

He replied after that "did you get more than what you needed already?"
I said "i dont know yet as IGN is still asleep"

Thanks for the clarification Dox, my concern was mainly about the IPL donation/fund raiser being a bit shady after some of the statements today. IPL claiming that "Gus is nowhere to be found so we need the community's help", while YJY and Gus himself claiming that Gus and Amanda have been in contact.

Sorry if I sounded aggressive, just trying to keep a watchful eye on this especially now that donations from the community were taken.

worst interview ever... once again, this guy is either a sociopath ripping people off or the biggest retard ever. I really wish Rachel would have actually demanded proper answers and responses.
