I can’t believe the min practice time is only 2 hrs. Thought you guys would be 20+ (at least)... although this is only a min, I sure some of you put in a hell of a lot more (I would spend 20+ hrs per week but have yet to improve...lol!)

Your coach set up sounds really good. I’m sure having dedicated coaches for each race gives you both an incite into your race and your opposition’s weaknesses.

The ladder targets are interesting. Are you targets based on games played or position required? This sounds like a good challenge to set the players, which can be increased over time as required. NICE.

I would have guessed you attended the LAN comps but thought you may also need to represent certain online tournaments to ensure positive advertising for the clan etc.

Surly you don’t let the coaches win the off race shenanigans? You would never hear the end of it… lol!

It’s a pity there isn’t a little more sponsorship going around to help grease the wheels…
