Er, how does the Joker kill him? From my reading of the rules, if he is killed by citizen vote, then a random player is killed along with him. No where does it say he gets a night time kill action.

Frogmite was his random player kill, it wasn't a nighttime action, it just happened at the end of the nighttime phase.
