If you can't access the form it means you don't meet the requirements. Of course we don't want to give this to just anyone or people will just be mass making accounts to get them so the requirements for the moment are:

• Minimum of 50 posts or being a TGM Subscriber (past or present)
• Each user limited to one key

If you are thinking of buying a KR/TW SC2 Key but are not sure of the latency there's now no better way to test it. Will also be nice to test yourself against the mighty Koreans! And if you don't have 50 posts, well its time to stop lurking and get more involved, as this is only the start of the good stuff we will give our loyal community members. You know I heard a rumour by gossipgirl about some beta give aways!

unfortunately not, the whole point is to encourage people to participate in the forums and to stop lurking!! You probably could get 50 posts in 2-3 days 15 mins a day.

its not instant, the site is on auto pilot scheduled tasks and runs the check every hour. It promotes you to an approved user group that can view the form if u meet the quota. TLDR: try again in 30 mins, system refreshes every hour.
