It is 1 week until the event begins and I for one am very excited! As promised, the highest donator receives the right to name the team league, and with [FaDe]PressureTested donating a whopping $200, doubling the prize pool on his lonesome, he has earned himself this privilege.

So without further ado, I present to you... *drum roll*

The Saulo Silva Team League!

Pressure requested it be named after our title sponsor, citing his continued support of the SEA scene as the reason. Personally, I love this and look forward to seeing Saulo sponsor more events in future!

As a special gift, with ACL coming up and practice time quickly escaping us, I will announce the matches for Week 1, along with the map list.

Match #1 will see Exile 5 going up against eCKo eSports. Both teams come into this season with something the other 2 don't - Academy rosters. Not only do both team have strong pro line-ups, with x5 holding such world class 's such as PiG, Tileä and KingKong, and eCKo boasting the powerhouse Probe, with champion Azure and long time mainstay Satu, but both teams have academy players that have definitely potential for great results.

Match time: Tuesday 8th, 2015, 19:00 AEST

Match 2 features Silicon Sports up against Frenetic Array. Both teams boast insanely strong rosters, with SLCN holding former premier league and ACL 2nd place NXZ, with the divine one Pezz and the 2 kids Law and Wally, while fray holds names such as Crimson, Alopex, Pox and HuT, all insanely solid players. Expect a lot of ZvZ in this match in particular!

Match time: Thursday 10th, 2015, 19:00 AEST

Not going to lie, SLCN are the favourites for the whole tournament imo. x5 bringing in the imports are going to be a strong opposition too. However, I do feel with some good preparation and the right match ups, we can take it to all the teams in the league.

My expectation is 3rd/2nd and a win would be awesome. That said, SLCN are going to look mighty silly if they aren't in the top two. No pressure for us, I hope your boys turn up on the day.
