PSiArc	Yeah 1 slot out of 16 is totally reasonable. It looks like Japanese players are supposed to play in China Japan Qualifier and don't have to fight you guys over the slot. While chinese players will be formidable there are upsides to this arrangement as we have better ping to KR/TW and they have 2 slots.
