The earlier rounds will be held on B.Net. As for the finals, that comes down purely to where the final teams are located. If it is both in Sydney, then I'll see if I can get it done in person. Otherwise, it'd have to be on B.Net for obvious reasons.

LAN finals would be cool prob possible if top 2 teams from ACT/NSW
That's the plan Although funding is an issue at the moment lol Still working on sponsors.

Register players are recommended to watch this update video :
The brackets and tournament tools have been added. Brackets can be found in the "Registration Status" section. Everyone will be emailed with the bracket that they are specifically in soon.
Keep an eye on www.youtube.com/user/IntoStarCraft, there will be an audio update video with instructions and other random details for you.
Like I said above, I'll look into changing this to a double elimination bracket.
If your group does NOT have a Round of 32, you have until May 22 to play and submit your games in. Otherwise, you have until May 18 (or 19) to play your Ro32 matches.
please include character ID numbers in your brackets as we can see the name of the person we are up against but dont know the char id hence cant add them to friend list to contact them

There is a feature called opponent finder, type in you details to get their ID code.
Btw, I tried adding my opponent and apparently he doesnt exist...
and are we meant to organise the time and play it our amongst ourselves then send you the replays?

Wouldn't surprise me, there have been a handful of people who entered in a number completely different to what theirs is. Email me at sea@intostarcraft.com with the details and I'll look into it.
Also, there will be an email going out that will explain it all.
should probably lengthen the time for the Ro32, considering that many people still don't know that the brackets has been released, and even when using the opponent finder, my opponent's race was listed as zerg but under the tournament bracket, he is terran.
And notification emails should probably be sent out earlier than after the tournament starts...
damn I think the tournament should be double elimination, I feel that in my group the only 2 good players have to play first round, meaning that our final team will be weak.
