Neuroswarm did a good mindset workshop recently, when it came to BM he said something along the lines of; "Your opponent expends APM that isn't "in game" on bm, for example; "Your race is ******* stupid go die" - That's quite a few letters that aren't devoted to the game, and you can simply reply "ya" or "ok" without making them mad nor expending precious APM or even thinking about it yourself.

As for out of game, you can reply in the same manner.
"Oh you're diamond no wonder you're shit" - you can just reply ""

Just beat them in a straight up game.

It feels good to do that. They'll just keep crying on and making excuses when really you're just the better player, be proud of that.

Otherwise you can go the other route and be like "HAHAHA GET REKT M8" if you choose to counter (but only do that if you win, and really I don't recommend this).

I usually ignore them but usually it makes me want to beat them in the game all the more. Beating them in the game gives me more satisfaction even if it does make them rage even more.

If they persist, I usually just block them and move on. Sometimes I might tell them to check the replay or buzz off.

BM bothers me so I have mature filter on so I dont actually read the actual words they said. It helps even if I am curious but I can always find out after the game if I'm really that curious.

When they BM you, you tell them: I am glad you can take this anger out of on me, so your family members and friends do not get this kind of verbal/ physical abuse. So i would gladly allow you to vent your anger upon me and i will take it. I hope you feel better after relieving your stress and rage.

#2 I bless them Learnt this from Church,
Bmer: You're so fuckin bad at this game/ You should get cancer etc etc
Me: Hey man, it's okay, know that you are cherished and loved, you are precious and God is proud of you, no matter what you do, God loves you.

Oddly enough, after using either, they usually quiet down a lot.
