Tom Achievements (1)	Well I was discussing this with the organisers yesterday, and the idea is for the ladder to be open to everyone and aimed more at the social rather than super competitive level. I can actually see a lot of positives from hosting a ladder this way. In particular, there is a great chance for lower league players to pick up tips and team strategies from Masters and Grandmasters players. If you are diamond or below, I would really recommend coming along - you can team up with Grandmasters and have a good chance of bashing some really top level players!
