I'm jealous youre getting the NBN <_< im still in that ragemode about it... (you know haha how the NBN co dug up half my town to get to a new development thats only going to have 150 or so retirees. 150 ppl / 13k.... nice ratio)

so keen dude, but yeah new developments that small would be annoying, hopefully its stable, thats my main concern.
