Maybe the highest % win rate thing should be changed to:

Everyone with at least 500 (or some reasonable number) games and more than 55% win rate will be awarded 10 OSC points.
For every 5% increment, the points earned will be doubled.

Then we can see who's more dedicated in getting new accounts and playing from up to when you start losing first. Ok but in all seriousness though.. this season's gonna be a long one, and the more you play, the more you're supposed to improve so the point jump would reward those who improve a lot in this season. 60% and more is kinda hard on ladder though.. I guess?
