i'm relatively new to SC2 and i'm looking for people that are regularly online to play with and play against to improve myself and learn more and progress through the ranks.

You forgot to mention what league are you in.

Everyone here is fairly active, and your best bet to find people to play with and also to maybe get to know them better is to join a house clan (top left of any SC2SEA page). Other than that, you can always pop by the chatbox and ask if anyone wants a game or two.
