I wasn't talking replays but was saying if you want to do live games - so through your eyes - you could record the video then later while watching the video you can commentate it
For example Psy starcraft has done a few and you can search for HDStarcraft's daily ladder series for examples of what i'm talking about.
And definitely check things before you go encoding / uploading them
Don't forget to keep the original unencoded files for a while too just in case there was a problem with encoding.
