I have several features to add to the thread but based on some of the comments lately I thought I should check whether people would want them, or worse yet feel negatively about them.

There seems to be 2 camps, one feeling that the win % based data is counter productive to the #dedication thread, or at least doesn't have any meaning, and the other who feel that it is a useful stat for driving improvement.

The main point of this thread is to get everyone laddering more, have some friendly competition, and hopefully improve along the way. I try to keep these things in mind when planning features but perhaps I am getting off track a bit.

So without further ado here is a more detailed list of what I am adding, separated into game number / % win based features. If anyone feels this isn't the direction you want this thread to go please make a comment and perhaps I can look at running a poll.


Based on game number:

• Adding numbered positions to the table + position change

• Show position change up/down per week like the actual ladder has

• Number of games played this week / last week (added as columns in the table)

• Number of games played yesterday (added as column in the table)

Based on win %

• win % this week / last week (added as columns in the table)
  I feel this is a good indicator on how your laddering is going, although the ladder should push you towards 50% in the long term, short term increase in win % should be an indicator of improvement

• Map Masters (This will be a seperate section to the table)
  For a bit of fun I am going to put up who has the highest % win rate on each ladder map across all your games. To be included the player has to have at least 20 games on the map.
  (won't include games from the first week or so of the season as I don't have the stats for then)

General:

• League promotion congratulations (This will be a seperate section to the table)
  Will have a seperate sections and different flair for:
  GM / Masters / Highest League achieved / Making back to an already achieved league
  for GM / Masters I will also note the server it was achieved on

• Clan Override
  Allows people to add a clan tag even if it is not on there account (some people seemed to want to do this before)
