Please read the rules if this is your first time entering

Tournament Eligibility:
You must be legitimately in the Bronze, Silver or Gold league (1v1 - SEA license) and you must be active on ladder.
Everyone will be checked for typical smurf activity designed to keep them in a lower league.
Anyone found to be smurfing will be added to the BSG Hall of Shame so everyone can be aware of their shameful acts.

Battle.net group: "sc2seaBSG"

Rules

• You must contact your opponent on Battle.net preferably by being in chat channel "sc2seaBSG" to play your match
• You have ~15 minutes to start your Round 1 match; anybody that is not contactable after 10 minutes will be disqualified. This 10 minute timeout rule applies throughout the tournament.
• You must play your main 1v1 ladder race throughout tournament.
• Observers: Tournament admins or official streamers are always allowed and the only ones to observe your game
• Problems/Questions: When in doubt about anything, contact an admin
• Reporting Results: After the match has been played, you must report the result by pm to an admin
• Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game must be replayed. If a player disconnects for a second time, his opponent will be awarded a free-win. A win may also be awarded if the player that disconnected was significantly behind at the time of disconnection. Contact an admin if you would like your game/replay reviewed.
• Pauses: You must notify your opponent in game if you wish to pause. This pause should not exceed 5 minutes. Excessive pausing in game may lead to disqualification.
• Bad Manner will not be tolerated. Anyone caught BMing will be warned. Further offenses will lead to disqualification. Any racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language may lead to removal without warning. We are a friendly group and we'd like to see it stay that way.
• Replays: Should be saved at least until the following tournament. Anyone asked by admins to provide a replay who cannot do so will be disqualified.
• Anyone suspected of smurfing (playing another person's account, manipulating ladder to be in a lower league) will be thoroughly investigated and if found guilty, prizes will be stripped and they will be reported to Blizzard and added to the Hall of Shame.

Format

1. Round of 32 bo1 on Whirlwind LE
2. Round of 16 bo1 on Star Station
3. Quarter Finals bo3 on Neo Planet S LE
4. Semi Finals bo3 on Bel'Shir Vestige LE
5. Grand Final bo5 on Newkirk Precinct

For finals rounds that are best of 3 or 5, loser of previous game may pick any map from the following list. Maps may be repeated as many times as players wish.

As long as you Have Sea Licence and you are either Bronze or Silver or Gold for your Sea Licence, you should be able to join in. Since i see your location in SC2SEA is in Australia. So you should be able to join in, unless you are Plat+ in SEA.

I am not sure, if you are greater than BSG in other server would effect you eliligbility into this tourny (assuming you have a sea licence, when you are NA plat), you have to ask Admins to make sure

Yeah, silver on SEA ha-ha. Just want to make sure it's fair for all the other competitors - would hate to have an unfair advantage against people, especially if it's their first time in a tournament like this. Will check with admins anyway

As long as u think you aren't really BSG, then yeah keep it fair and fun for the legit BSGs

There is always the GPD as well that happens weekly too

Yeah..check with the Admins, based on the rule i previously quoted to you and there nothing else mention about ranks on other server...you should be fine entering this Tourny.

But of course...double check with the Admins.

Yeah...What Nemesis says is also right. So it up to you, if you want to join in (after checking with the Admins) or cast (and play the GPD as Nem mentioned)

If you've been laddering on SEA and are legit silver, sure. If you're silver on SEA cos you ladder mostly on NA, then nope, don't be a dick Go have a go at GPDs instead

Yes, but once the coaching prizes return, you'll need to be playing your ladder race, so if you're switching to toss, make sure you're laddering as toss
