Several things indicate that this particular barcode player is a maphacker:

~ Doesn't scout at all as a top 50 GM protoss
~ Decision making and micro/macro terrible by that same standard
~ Goes straight to templar tech after 3 gates with 0 warp ins without
scouting

04:10 Very telling, goes to attack my offensive bunker scv with his probe
through fog

I've played a few games against this guy, i thought he was sus when he never scouted me yet had a perfect snipe time on my overlords around the map and my army movement.

Just too obvious for words, premeditated offence and defence be it from his ramp or mineral line to deflect oracles or anything else.
CHases down pylons to obviously same with my DT's, Oracles and Observers.
Ends up running his HT's up to my army and storms them over and over and in general just watches my army on multiple occasions like a stunned rabbit.

For specifics the whole 15th min, he looks at my units in around 3 different locations and makes premeditated defensive movements multiple times in multiple locations.

Should have been a 12 min game but took over 30 min because I needed to sit and out macro him, stil waiting on Blizz to banhammer the last one I reported.

They cheat because they want a edge over the competitor.
It's sometimes so obvious that they are using 3rd party programs and its even better when u stomp them.
I've seen people over the past few weeks use auto spread on there rines when i go in for a baneline attack/flank. It's just so obvious and pointless but nothing will happen to them...

I dont find it annoying playing map hackers because majority of the time there not actually good, i how ever do feel sorry for the lower leagued players having to be matched up against these people

List of sus things he does:
0:12 glances through FOW at my spawn point (4 player map)
0:58 looks at base again
1:51 and again
3:11 looks through FOW at my scv scout
4:01 looks through FOW at marines moving out
4:16 pulls a heap of probes and camps the front of his expansion (without scouting anything)
6:27 looks at my base through FOW again (still hasn't scouted me)
7:26 looks at my dropship leaving the base (through FOW)
7:45 moves stalkers to edge of base to intercept dropship (that he hasn't seen yet)
7:52 I lose the medivac because I'm a massive scrub
8:57 looks at my army and shit then proxies a pylon outside my base even though he hasn't scouted that I spawned there
doesn't send the DT in probably because he saw I had a turret up with his hacks
9:42 looks at my base again
10:28 looks through FOW at my army moving out and rallies a DT to that exact spot
10:31 sends DT into my base as he sees there aren't many units there
12:07 has another quick look at my base
12:38 and again
12:56 and again
13:16 and again (I think he has a camera hotkey on my base lol)
does it a bunch more times (cbf listing)
15:05 looks at my army moving towards his base
15:40 looses all his shit because he forgot storm lololololol
16:43 taps out without a gg

I played this person on ladder in the past week, in a PvP on Whirlwind.
I have created a YouTube video to prove that [ToT] IriS is a maphacker. This is due to my own maphacking. I did not want to release a replay with my name and this other maphacker's name in it, just so I remain anonymous . The reason I did this is because this guy is a complete douche.
