Not perceived, that is why I tallied the seeds in the img to show the imbalance of the particular systems. I'm just putting the suggestion out there - until the seeds are published nothing is set in stone. In the past ACL has been very willing to adjust to such rationale.

Also I just really want to see a selection process like GSL where everyone picks someone to join their group.. Would produce the best storylines for the competition too!
