This tournament runs differently to most European/American events in that there is no check-in. Simply be in the correct channel at the start of the tournament and wait for the brackets to be released.

• There is no check-in. Simply be in the correct group channel "Winter Nights Tournaments" at the start of the event and await the brackets to be released.
• All match results will need to be Private Messaged (PMd) to our admins who have officer tags within the chat and will update the bracket.
• It is your responsibility to find your opponent and start the game on the correct map. Please use the main chat to find your opponent if need but any match specific conversations please take privately.
• If you are going to be later than the 10 min cutoff for first round please let me know and I will make efforts to hold your game as long as possible.

We are currently at 115/128 signups.

Should we hit the 128 maximum any further signups will be put on waiting list. In the case somebody is to be walked over in first round after 10 minutes, the next waiting list participant will take their spot. This will be done by lowest seed first.

E.G if the 48th seed, the 64th seed and the 98th seed all receive walkovers and there are two people on the waiting list, the first person on the waiting list will play the 98th seed, the second person on the waiting list will play the 64th seed and the 48th seed will still get a walkover to second round.

This process will be managed by admins. Please await their communication before assuming you have won your first round.
