This was already brought to my attention and has been fixed in my documents, I just haven't uploaded the new table as all results were not in and I didn't want to change it over and over and over, instead just doing it once to avoid confusion.

Please PM me in the future as I don't always see every post in here, which is why I haven't replied until now.

FS1 v Px

One member of pX (RJM) turned up and coudlnt find any of his clan mates and decided it wasn't worth playing. So no games happened.

I havent heard anything of it being played since with no contact from pX. I have no idea if Zom has had any contact. Himlself and I tried to get someone for pX online or some form of formal contact

The only we had was from RJM who said in Tier 4 skype chat

Yes.

EVERYONE PLAYS AT THE SAME TIME.
That means, you will play the 4 sets AT THE SAME TIME
If it goes to the ace, then the ace is played.

Round of 8 shouldn't take much more than an hour, then 4 teams advance and the same thing happens. It shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours depending on game length.

If one team cannot show up then it cannot be rescheduled, this has already run over time since some teams already pushed back round of 7 etc.

Please check the skype group or get your representative to, these questions have been answered in there!!!

To be honest, the lack of notice given for the play offs is a problem. Also that its all going to be played in a night is really just asking for walk overs. -_-

This has been an on going thing for 8 weeks, every team rep was informed over and over and over about EVERY decision made, every game, every ruling.

The group stages ran over time because people kept rescheduling games. The thing you are all forgetting is I also have a life which I have to put on hold for this and when it has already run longer than scheduled I want to get it wrapped up asap.

I am once again disappointed that these "concerns" were never raised in the group chat, when I have made it quite clear that YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE SKYPE CHAT; seriously.

I am sorry some of you have prior commitments, but I also have shit I want to do which I can't continue to delay. You only need 4 players, at most they will play 3 bo3s and perhaps ace. Some teams have 10+ people and you have had days to sort it out.

I am sorry if you feel this is a tough decision, but this has been incredibly draining on me and Panda, every week there has been teams cheating, lying, accusing others of cheating, bickering, bm, etc etc people not showing up, people not caring, people abusing the rules..

Next time make sure your teams leader is involved in the discussions with admins etc, if they aren't, volunteer yourself. All the skype details have been in the OP since day one and I have made multiple posts saying to please be more involved.. All teams knew play offs would follow round 7 and Friday is the day I am able to be there.

I agree with Rogue totally. He and Panda are doing a great job without reward or even thanks from many of the players here. I hope everyone can try to understand that it IS very difficult to keep track of results of almost 20 teams who almost weekly, reschedule games. Not to mention due to the large number of teams and the delays, the tournament ran longer than expected well into HOTS released dates.

Lets try to cooperate and crown the champion Tier 4 team by tonight. May the best team win!
