EDIT: Any last minute team name submissions or changes, please get them through today! I'll happily accept team name changes, but once it all goes in the database I want to avoid making a million edits, so updating may take a while

I started doing this the other day to track my own score, and somehow ended up entering everyones data. I got about 30 minutes in before realising how big of a task it was going to be, so rushed through it. There are probably a lot of errors, so take it for what it's worth.
