HotS will have global play, so all regions will be playable through the one client.

Bash is right.

Heart of the Swarm will introduce Global Play which allows one client to access all region servers. What this means for you is that if you own a copy of SC2 WoL NA and upgrade it to HotS... when HotS is released you will be able to access all other servers including SEA, EU and TW/KR. Same is true if you own a SEA, EU or TW/KR client and upgrade that instead.

Of course this feature won't be available until it is implemented prior to HotS... but it will be you just need to wait. If you can't wait of course no one is stopping you from purchasing a TW/KR version but it doesn't seem like a smart investment with HotS less than 4 months away.

I don't believe SC2SEA sells HotS TW/KR versions yet but if you want you can certainly purchase WoL through here. I am completely uncertain what the process is like to upgrade a TW/KR version of SC2 to HotS via the battle.net online site.

I know... because i got a beta key... but if you but hots then you get a WoL account almost for free... i want that account on korea... thats all i want sorry for this misunderstand

Yea people who are still buying accounts are those who can't wait another 4 months to play on Korea Its 100% confirmed that global play functionality will be enabled in HoTS on a single client but whether you need active paid licenses to play on each server is still not clarified.

Anyway when we start taking in HoTS pre-orders I will probably come up with a bundle system for the kr accounts.
