Hey all,

I was just wondering if the SEA BSG community would like the return of the BSG Clan League (BSGCL) that was previously aptly organised by Maynarde and his crew? Or at least wondering if there are any news/plans from the BSG division (if there was one) within the SC2SEA.com administrative crew?

I understand right now I'm not in any fit position to even propose the return of the CL. However, I believe from personal slight observations in clan threads around the 'Community & Clans' section, the BSG teams seem pretty active and that pretty much motivated this post anyway.

Hope this post was not too short/lacking in substance to be the opening post in a new thread, but if we can, discuss away!

I am pretty sure the new SEACL season isnt too far away, in which there will be a Tier 5 for BSG, like season 2.

Of course this is all just gues work and speculation based on little bits of information Ive heard

SEACL will be back around late August most likely guys. We plan to make Tier 5 a lot more BSG oriented and try and keep the Plats and Diamonds in Tier 4.

So BASICALLY this means, it will be a lot more like BSGCL originally was with emphasis still being promoted by going up in Tiers. This will be good for clan that have enough players to necessitate a Tier 4 team as well as a Tier 5 team (most of them!).

And the ol' faithful "If you're promoted to Platinum during the season while being Gold or below at the beginning but if you're Diamond GET OUT" rule will most likely be in place too

Sweet! Really glad to hear the return of the SEACL, especially with the Tier 5 BSG aspect. Thank you guys for the feedback and am already anticipating eagerly on the edge of my seat.

Maynarde's post sums it up perfectly.

SEACL season 3 will have a BSG only division (tier5).

The date is still to be confirmed but it should be around august-september, depending on other competitions dates.
