Everyone? You're basing this on what? People are often only vocal when they have something to complain about. You very rarely see people posting about something they're happy about. If they're happy and satisfied, they're logged into battle.net playing the game. If they're not happy, they're on the forums complaining.

I'm basing it off the incredible amount of posts on the Battle.Net forums.
And it's kind of obvious that you wont see people post that they're happy (if it's not broken, don't fix it). If something isn't right well obviously you'll get an uproar.
