Whilst I have not tried it myself... if Fenner says it's good... it most likely is! The open source project appropriately named "Open Broadcaster Software" is a free alternative to xsplit.

The section in concern here is the "Members Achievements" section. Only two people were given the award "Elementary my dear Watson" for the aforementioned incident and therefore only two people were mentioned in this section as having been given the achievement.
