mOOnGLaDe went up against QXC in an amazing Bo3 in the round of 16 of the GOM World Championships
SEA's very own Prince of Persia Zerg played masterfully and QXC fought valiantly but only one could go through to the Ro8.

Map - Cloud Kingdom
mOOnGLaDe - Top Right - Blue
QXC - Bottom Left - Purple

mOOnGLaDe opened hatch first and moved into 6 queens, as QXC CC'd first and stared with Banshees and reactored hellions.
QXC pokes in with his first Banshee but only kills a single drone before being driven away.



QXC pushes with his hellions but is deflected by queens.



mOOnGLaDe takes a late 9 minute third but uses that to secure fast mutas.

QXC's hellions and the Banshee attack together but the queens hold again.



mOOnGLaDe moves out with his mutas, catching a Banshee on the middle of the map,
he begins to harass QXC's third and manages to kill of 16 drones in spite of the thor defence in the high ground.



QXC continues playing mech with siege tanks, thors and hellions all on the field.
QXC's hellions try again for mOOnGLaDe's third but the queens and zerglings mount a defence



mOOnGLaDe transitions from muta to roach and moves out against QXC and attacks his third with 45 roaches. QXC looks to have enough to hold but siege tech for the tanks was seconds away from completing and the roaches flood in and target the tanks and then the roaches.




QXC's entire army is destroyed and with more roaches storming into his base QXC calls the gg and the first game goes to mOOnGLaDe

mOOnGLaDe - Bottom Left - Blue
QXC - Top Right - Purple

QXC again opens with hellion Banshee and mOOnGLaDe also starts with 6 queens.
The queens are forced to run cross country to defend the third from the Banshee. The expansion survives and so does the Banshee.



mOOnGLaDe again produces fast muta but cannot get into the base of QXC as he is deflected by turrets and marines.



QXC attempts to drop a small bio force but loses it all to ling muta with mOOnGLaDe trading very efficiently.



mOOnGLaDe attacks the fourth base of QXC and catches his tanks unsieged allowing the lings, banes and muta to do devastating damage and destroys the fourth base.



QXC moves out sets up his army just beyond his enemy's the 4th but a huge wave of re-enforcements are cut off and decimated by mOOnGLaDe.



QXC takes out the 5th of mOOnGLaDe



But mOOnGLaDe pushes and destroys QXC's army and cuts off the retreating army.



mOOnGLaDe moves in for the kill with 15 Broodlords and 11 Corruptors with only a handful of vikings and one thor on the field for QXC.
mOOnGLaDe rolls though QXC's forth and QXC calls the gg.

I actually got all of these images while I was watching the rebroadcast of the match live. I'd seen the games before and when they came on again I quickly PrtScn, pasted, saved and waited for the next shot I wanted to take.

The best resolution I can get without subscribing for $20 a month is 480p.

Pig lost 2-1 to Sen.

Looks like Glade lost 3-0 to Sen.
