Recently I have been going back over my games and watching the replays but I am actually a little unsure of what I am looking for. Currently when I am watching back over one of my games I look at how many SCV's I have made at a certain point, how many times I get supply blocked and I also have a little look at what my opponent is doing just to see if I could have reacted better.
What else should I be looking for and also what you look for when watching one of your own games? Thanks

Look when you miss SCV's this honestly is the biggest thing you should never stop building them unless you are doing a 1 or 2 base all in. If you constantly aren't building them then you are doing it wrong.
I versed Quantic Apoc and he kept up with me chronoboosing out my probes at 9 minutes and he beat me with 62 SCV's as Terran doing a 3CC opening. That's so crazy it really made me appreciate players who do this, don't miss SCV's = more money ??? PROFIT!!!
imo the most effect way of replay analysis is simply look for things you are currently working on and ignore the other stuff, or else it becomes quite overwhelming.
Save all your replays, and come back to them when you're working on another set of issues~
