Dennis "Take" Gehlen opened up his home last weekend for some Starcraft action. Over a 100 people were hanging out at Take's place, enjoying drinks, homemade pizza and great Starcraft games. Apparently he wanted to arrange watching MLG originally but they changed their schedule so he improvised these showmatches were born. 3 special show matches to be exact! A best of 11 format with a $500 winner take all prize for each of them!
If you were like me and completely missed this event this weekend, here's a recap.
Sage vs Titan Stephano vs LucifroN Nerchio vs Naniwa
Man what happened to Naniwa? Losing 6-0 :0 Wasn't he code S a couple of months ago...
his PvZ in gsl is still zero.
luckily he avoided zerg in past seasons

Series 1: Both Sage and TiTan are at the MoW so it could have affected it. TiTan has amazing PvP, I've recently seen him destroy Grubby in the Pokerstrategy league
Series 2: LucifroN still needs to work on static defenses. Stephano showed exceptional engaging that we always expect from him and LucifroN lost the momentum.
Series 3: NaNiwa was playing on tilt and Nerchio got a little bit lucky with some stuff like 8 pool vs nexus first on Antiga (This is pretty dumb IMO because no one ever nexus firsts anyways so why would you 8 pool?). Nerchio is just amazing in PvZ though. I feel like the hyper-aggresive Korean style is not as good as the eu style.
