Newbie here. Where can i find a detailed build order for 3 gate robo? cant seem to find it.

The best thing to do at low levels is expose yourself to as many situations as possible. What would be amazing is if you learnt how to 1-gate expand in PvT, Forge Fast Expand in PvZ and 3-Gate Robo in PvP - however, that's likely going to be a bit of a mental overload.
3-Gate Robo is your best bet. It teaches you how to build probes, it lets you experience collosus - what more could you want?

(When I first started sc2, I 3gate robo'ed from bronze to gold and it was easy to do. I learnt very quickly as protoss - not to put the race down but in the lower leagues, the focus on a 'deathball' really gives you a lot more margin for error)
