Ok. So there is eftpos and I will be giving them the list on the OP they will sign off names as people arrive. That way we can hunt down people who don't show up!

I am looking for someone to handle a bit of organisation on the Friday for me as I wont be flying in until Saturday and I am still working on Friday. This would be simple stuff like working with the staff to make sure everyone on the list is there and paid and contacting me if there are any issues - rooms, rates, people etc.
