How about instead of having a merc team you assign a mercenary to each individual team for example... Balwyn High School takes Techtron... MHS takes Delete and soo forth... and Title them as Mercenary...

So This way there are teams that actually have enough people to play as last season the main issue at hand was not enough players to match the other team.

I think this would be better; especially considering the high skill level of the current mercenaries. O.O

But I think this would have to be done after everyone's signed up and we have a full list of merc's, and then distribute them evenly amongst the teams in order to balance up skill levels throughout all teams as well as possible, so we don't end up with one team with a full roster of masters level players and another with all silvers :P

thats a good idea too, would also allow some of the lower ranked teams and/or the smaller from last season to continue being competitive. will look into this

Shouldn't be allowed to have more than one GM in each team, maybe two. Wasn't that the rule for CSL? Otherwise its a bit hard on the teams who have lower league players which they have picked just so that they can get a team together. I just don't think teams full of GMs, off racing or not, is really in the spirit of the competition, but that will be for the admins to decide.
