Hey guys,

This season I don't really have any definite map selections as I don't see the need to preference against any, I was wondering if anyone was willing to share their map preferences as Terran for this season, and maybe some insight as to why they deselect some of these maps from the pool. Or people who play Zerg or Protoss who could advise what maps they feel strongest against Terran and for what reason.

Any advice will help guys, thanks!

My advice to silver league players would be to not veto any maps. Play them all! Come up with your own reasons for vetoing based on your playstyle later down the track

I like the new map. Dunno how it fares for terran tho but i have some nice PvT Games on it.

My Vetos:

1. TDA. Horrible map in general.
2. Cloud (Protoss) Kingdom. Protoss Kingdom for a reason, extremely hard to win TvP on this map.
3. Contemned Ridge. Absolutely massive map, I find it a horror show against good zergs due to how big the map is.

My advice is your terran. play all maps apart from the really long new one cos protoss can do anything they want on it and just practice mechanics

I only have Tal'darim Vetoed, I like the new map for now.

Basically I veto-ed all the 4 player maps.. besides Condemned Ridge where there's a nice tight choke in front of the bases, it's a personal preference.. I just do 2 base all-ins anyways

I hate GSL Daybreak. You should just find out which map you hate, everybody is different.

I would veto shakuras plateau, playing TvT on that map is the most boring thing you can experience in the game..

Based on your style you can adjust.
These three maps are in huge favors towards protoss and zerg

but season 8
you should veto the new map

and let Daybreak stay
ProtossKingdom is worse than Daybreak

The new map seems pretty hard for tvz (coming from a zerg), Tal'Darim is a horrible map for all races. People say protoss kingdom is bad.

I don't have any of the maps veto'ed as I figure might aswell play them all if I ever need to play them in a tournement setting I want to be confortable with them.
