Breadfan, I appreciate your feedback though majority of it is negativity based on you being in my stream only a few times.

I do admit on occasion my stream gets out of hand in terms of how things are running.

However, I will strongly disagree with you saying my macro is "atrocious" and I find it insulting that you would say "(for which I hope you get some actual coaches/good players on board)"

Yes I am plat, no i am not the best player, nor do I claim to be, I will stand by the fact that my macro is my best feature in my game, when I win it's because my macro is solid and this happens when my first 6-7 minutes is uninterrupted .

Being a "high level player" or a "high level coach" and doing replay analysis and being a practice partner for people I find is irrelevant. I don't believe you need to be a top masters/ gm level player to help people with replays to find things like mistakes, inconsistent patterns and bad habits. As for practice partners, if I have silver players in the group I'd like to seem them versing other silvers and gold, that gives them an understanding of where there play is currently at.

But again, your opinion, your allowed to have it, I just don't find your insulting tone throughout your message to be positive or insightful to be honest

As others have said, you need to clean your act up in general before you can expect the players in your team to do the same. How many team managers etc. do you see act the way you have? The only acceptable anti-social behaviour a team owner can do is eat babies. You have to be a duck (notice that I said duck, not dick), let the hate slide right off your back like water, don't even respond to it. For example, what you said to mezje in a comment, stop that.

I say best of luck to you Tony. I really hope it works out.

The only problem I see is how you are perceived in the wider community. Now I have talked to you off stream and the like and I like that Tony. He's pretty chill, hes supportive and an all round nice guy to talk to.

But it does appear to me that the split second you hit that "Start Stream" button you become a totally different Tony. And its not the good Tony I talk to from time to time.

I too have seen occasions where people have been banned for offering advice or telling you that macro is slipping. I have seen you smile at a low league players mistakes and yet get pissy at someone for pointing out that you are performing similar mistakes in your gameplay.

Just remember that you are representing your Organisation now Tony. Try to be that Tony I talk to and behave that way ALL THE TIME. You are the face of your new team. Just be a little more careful here on in OK?
