A good way to deal with it is build a few extra lings and sneak them pass the helions, you can usually hurt a decent number of scvs if they have dbl cced, otherwise you scout a few more marines and can work out he hasn't.
the build doesnt usually wind up on taking a quick 3rd itself but rather helps keep the income up with extra scv production and extra mule. it will mean later tech, later pushes, a 2 base roach build hurts it quite bad, can even kill the terran sometimes but really the raoches are so you can take a 3rd yourself and stay ahead on workers.
yeah i figured it was some kind of pressure/all in build but was wondering if there was a more reliable macro way, guess ill just have to practice roach bling busts or the roach drop, roughly how early should they hit? round 9-10 mins?
(edit) ive just about never cheesed in my life lol

You're Zerg. When faced with an opportunity to make 80 drones and not die that's what you should be aiming for. No 3 base build can push before 13 minutes, so just drone and make tech units and fast double ups when you feel you have that opening. Try to abuse burrowed banes too I hate those.
Being aggressive can kinda work but it mostly depends on if you can judge how greedy the Terran is being. If he takes his 3rd too quickly with too few tanks then muta/ling/bane can overrun him easily enough if you hit the timing window just right. Otherwise make drones, spread creep and play macro.
Yeah its tough. Like stated above the roach bling all-in is pretty strong even when they dont do triple cc. But otherwise just try to kill there hellions and thus map control so you can take bases yourself.
A heavy ling/roach can kill it no problem. Weakness to 3CC is it's earlygame as it's a macro build. Or you can scout it, and be even more greedy with quick 3rd+4th.
